I just took my DVR on a one week trip the week before July 4th. Unfortunately for us, the camp ground was very full and we wound up with a site where I was unable to find an opening in the trees. I had seen discussions about this problem and was worried that we would not be able to watch some of the movies we had recorded. We had no problems watching the recordings! I don't know if we were lucky or that is how it is supposed now. But it worked great.
