I'm sorry, but those people are idiots. As of noon today it appears I am no longer their customer.
I called to suspend the service, and was treated to a disussion of whether I wanted my account to "sleep" or "pause"--what's the difference? From there I was involuntarily transfered to their loyalty department--again, I just want to suspend service. After finishing with them, I get an email saying my service is cancelled. When I called to ask about this, I can no longer be tranfered to the RV department until I pay money again, so I just have to wait and see if they've screwed this up again.
To repeat, all I wanted to do was suspend my service, which is the whole point of the RV Pay-As-You-Go package. Instead I get put through the mill, with no clear answer to whether my simple request has been handled. I was a HAPPY CUSTOMER before this!
