Foxfi and PDAnet stopped working. Is it Samsung, or ATT?

Full unlocked version of Foxfi has worked all last year, and I didn't try using it this year until a few months ago. It no longer works, even though I can enable it via the check box. I know there has...

Downloaded PDAnet again, this time directly on the laptop via a home internet connection. Then I switched off home FIOS, and tried connecting the laptop via tether, and it worked! Tried Foxfi again, and no wifi to be found, but at least we can get something on-line while traveling.

Will continue searching for a solution to the wifi app failing. Thanks to all for your help.
