Getting used to Kindle Paperwhite

I usually read mine lying down, hold it in my right hand, and change pages with my left hand index finger.
I have the earlier one also, and prefer the side buttons. Like the OP, I upgraded because of the lighting. I wish they had added lighting to the older version instead.
