Another option I'd point out is an MP3 player. You can rip all the music you want to your computer then buy a cheap MP3 player and a male-male audio cable for under $50 and skip the CDs.
If you burn audio CDs, you are limited to 80 minutes of music per CD. A small capacity MP3 player will hold a ton of songs and you can listen to that all day long and never have a repeat song. Most modern cars and RV stereos have a 3mm jack to allow an input from external audio source.
