The dome will require that you run only one coax from the dome to the receiver. This must be a direct run without any splitters or other connections. I don't believe that the LF/SF was capable of receiving the Dish 129 satellite so you may only receive 110 and 119 (no HD). You will also need to find out what service the previous owner used. If he was a DirecTV customer you are going to have to have a KHV dealer hook up their computer and special software to change it from locking onto DirecTV satellite to working with Dish.
If I am correct that that your antenna is too old to pick up the newer satellite, there might be a hardware update available from KVH but it's pretty expensive. You might be better off replacing the antenna.
Once you make the connection from the dome to the 411 receiver you will be able to either run an HDMI cable from the receiver directly to the back of the TV or connect the TV Out coax connection to your video control center (or both). For other TV in the coax to watch the one satellite channel you will need to at least connect to the video control center.
