The best coverage and most expensive cellular option (and cellular is your only option for your demands) is Verizon. However, if you will always be camping near big cities or along Interstate highways you should have very good service from all providers. The problem is that even the unlimited plans are limited so if you are trying to replace satellite TV with streaming video you are likely to burn through your high speed data very quickly. In the case of Verizon, you get 22GB per line unless you use it as a hot spot and then you only get 10GB before you are slowed. The AT&T Mobley gives you 22GB of high speed service and then you "may" be slowed done depending upon network congestion. I have a truly unlimited MiFi from Sprint (I have a Mobley, too) for $46/month but you must have a legitimate business to get the plan and Sprint has the worst coverage of all of the big 3.
