Hello, all. I'd like to prevent my screen from turning whenever I re-orient my iPad Air. In general settings I checked "use side switch to: lock rotation". Those two side switches only control volume....

I think what caused the confusion was that the instructions on the screen said "SIDE switch" instead of SLIDE switch.I would have been looking for a pusbutton, similar to the volume control buttons instead of a switch that slides.
