iPhone question

I need some advice on upcoming purchase of our first smart phone. For various reasons I think an iPhone on Verizon is the way I want to go. This is my question, is there a way that I can have my calendar of upcoming events sync between both phones? My wife enters events and so do I and want to stop the double booking. Also is it possible to have our computer sync with our phone?

Jim, my wife and I use iPhones as well as our two boys. We all share our calendars with each other, and I use two additional calendars that are not shared (work & service club). When you get your iPhone the Verizon rep should be able to show you how to do this. If not you can google it or ask when you're ready.

You can sync with your home computer, but you can skip that if you wish and use the iCloud.com to access your calendars, etc. too.

Yes, we use Google calendar.
