McD's app and kiosk
All these people standing in line to order who don't use their phones or the kiosk. Cultural change is slow.

I had the same experience at a McDonalds. Much quicker to say 2 Cheeseburgers to the counter person than to navigate the kiosk/app menu.
We have used the app, kiosk and counter at various times and the counter is still my preferred order method.
