McD's app and kiosk
All these people standing in line to order who don't use their phones or the kiosk. Cultural change is slow.

Much quicker to say 2 Cheeseburgers to the counter person than to navigate the kiosk/app menu..
It takes time to figure out the kiosk..and the app.. which is always true with new things. People avoid that.
This has been my experience, I prefer the kiosk. I just stop by to get a large iced tea to neutralize the benefit of the calories I burn when I walk. :)
