In MSWord am trying to make travel pages with words and photos. I can put a text box in, then insert a photo and wrap words around it, to the right. But, if I insert a photo directly, if it's page...

In MS Word -
If you left click on a picture that you put in directly you can resize it to whatever size you want. Then right click on the picture and you will have a formatting box that will let you set text around the image, put on a caption,and a lot more.
It is easier to use the text box with an image inside it if you may want to move the image around on the page at a latter editing of your document. Again, in the text box you can do the same things as I say above.
