- CA_TravelerExplorer IIIIncreadable: This website will not allow live stream ing without the blank.
- CA_TravelerExplorer IIIDoes this plan allow live stream-ing? Can you connect the phones WiFi to the Jetpack?
I have a 24GB Verizon plan that frequently stops live stream-ing so that it is not useful. Stops vs suspends so that the content is lost.
I also have the same Jetpack 7730L and it is a significant improvement over the prior devices. It supports 15 WiFi devices and I have 2x laptops, 2x phones and 2x printers. - dons2346Explorer

..................... Everyone with no RV of any kind who wants this plan will also sign up saying they have a 1999 Bounder or whatever!
First they will need an "F" number. That means they will have to plunk out $60 for membership - AcampingwewillgExplorer IIIll tell them I have a 96 Vogue, see how they like that! Oh wait, I do have a 96 Vogue!! LoL :B
Actually I was a member and when trying to sign up again, it tells me I have to call them(guessing to retain my original number). - Bill_SatelliteExplorer IIThe info was sent to Technomadia and they published it for all. I am sure they did not know that this was not for public release but once it was "out there" there was no taking it back. If this does not crash the system we should all be able to get signed up over the next couple of months but you will be competing with ever person on the Planet who wants Verizon service since FMCA has not verification requirement. FMCA is about to get a MUCH larger membership. I think it was posted here that someone with a 5th wheel will join FMCA but that's only the tip of the iceberg. Everyone with no RV of any kind who wants this plan will also sign up saying they have a 1999 Bounder or whatever!
- MrWizardModeratorguess they should have told the lucky few, to keep their 'collective mouths' shut, and fingers off the keyboards..and wait for the 'Official' announcement before blabbing about it !

FMCA recently sent out notifications to a limited group of members as part of a “soft launch” or “beta test” of a wireless data plan from Verizon. FMCA had plans to share this information with the entire membership after this test period. Online news outlets heard about the plan and released information before FMCA was ready to make the announcement to all members. Response during this test period has been overwhelming, and we have had to suspend entries to the program. Rest assured that once we are ready to release information about the benefit, all members will be given the opportunity to evaluate the program and enroll if they believe it will meet their needs. Stay tuned for additional information. - lryrob9301Explorer

Is two gigs an hour for HD content sound about right? and about half that for non HD? Just wondering if those numbers seem reasonable?
That's about right....maybe a little less for non HD. - MrWizardModeratorIt was already posted, might be in the other thread
That the June quota/allowance has been filled
Try again in July first come first served
No pre registration - rk911ExplorerI just called FMCA about this and was told that the offer has been "suspended" and to check back after July 4. I asked why and was basically told that "a lot of folks have signed up".
