You just use your OTA TV antenna for true locals (only needed to find the local weather forecast) and you use DNS for everything else. I consider myself a time shifter. I don't watch live TV (other than OTA) and I really don't care if I watch Saturday Night Live on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday!
