I picked up a Rayzar Air today and replaced my Batwing/Wingman combo.
If this shows up properly in chart form I will be pretty happy.
This is a rough, unscientific observation. I have one of the Winegard Sensar Pro units connected to my OTA antenna. I took reading using the Batwing/Wingman combo, replaced that with the Rayzar Air and took readings using that.
Here are the results.

Part of my post disappeared. The one cool thing was that while we were setup with the new Rayzar Air a train came by. Earlier this week the TV signal broke up until the train passed. Today, the signal was rock solid. I even tried numerous different channels high and low and the signal was unaffected.

The columns show the Sensar pointed "correct", 180 degrees the wrong direction, 90 degrees out and 45 degrees out (Rayzar only as I did not think of this before removing the Sensar).

Dutch,,you really sparked my interest in doing a second wingman,,,How would you secure it?? Would the push pins be long enough? And I wonder if it would be more efficient?

As Bill said, I was joking, but a second Wingman couldn't be attached the same way the first one is, so I'd look at maybe cutting the second Wingman element set off the mounting plate, and then attaching it to the backside of the first Wingman mount with a fabricated aluminum bracket and pop-rivets. The result should pretty much equal the "front" Wingman results for stations that are in the narrow area directly behind the Sensar. Of course clearance issues when the antenna is lowered would need to be considered before attempting the mod.

First, it would be the Razar AIR and not the Razar and second, you can't add a second Wingman. I know it was typed in humor but it raised some interest.

Not quite!

The inside arrow points the way the antenna will lay down (towards the back of my MH).

That means if I were to raise a Rayzar Air replacement it will point towards the front of my MH (it lays flat on the roof face-up).

It's now going to be 180 degrees off, but the back side, per their claims, should work as good as the front.
