It is not moisture that you are seeing, rather it is tiny air pockets between the protector and the screen. If you are real careful, you can gently pull back the protector, slowing reapply and gently nudge the air pockets out. If you are not sure on this, take it in to any phone store and they will probably do it for free.
BTW, this can happen with cheap and expensive screen protectors so don't be taken that you need to use an expensive protector.
