Tablo OTA recorder.

Anyone out there using the new 2 tuner or 4 tuner over the air Tablo TV recorder that was introduced earlier this year?
It seems to be well received but I'm wondering about RV use.
  • Don't know anything about the Tablo
    I have the Homeworx PVR
One tuner, and you buy your own HHD

    I can record one channel
Watch a second channel by using the TV tuner
Costs only $59 and works great@
I used it last night to record AGENTS OF SHEILD
    I recorded the Indy 500
And the sound of music live special a few months back

I use a pair of vintage (Non-digital) ReplayTV DVRs, networked via house router.

ONLY _____ Lets you record in one room watch in another room, pause in one room and switch to another room, or download to portable device and take with you (or stream within the network wi-fi range).

    WRONG.

The Replays control a pair of OTA digital receivers (They think the OTA boxes are Dish Network or DirecTV receivers, in fact one uses the same I/R codes as a Dish VIP-211)

They thus receive converted Digital OTA on LINE-1,, They get park cable on LINE-2, and as noted above I can record in either room watch in either room (or downlaod to laptop or hand held) pause and pick up elewhere.. All the things that ONLY _____ lets you do.

Original network in sticks and bricks had 3 of these units, but only two made it to the motor home,, Wish (sometimes) I'd kept the 3rd.
