Trac Vision SF

Have a TracVision SF on my 2004 A?C Tradition. Find and lock on signal, turn of the power. Works fine evenings and early mornings while cool. When sun heats up, signal is lost. I can spray he dome with water hose and signal returns until it heats back up. KVH tech (and I) believe the LNB to be the problem. Of course KVH no longer supports this system.
I see LNB's on Ebay and Amazon but they don't specificly say they are for the SF model. Any other model work?

    I purchased a LNB for 18" round Direct dish, it works.
    I did try to get an LNB from KVH and was told they no longer support this system. The tech also told me not to purchase on from Amazon or Ebay.

    No, did you ask them the same question you asked above? They certainly know which model LNB's will work with your antenna.

    Yes I did ask KVH. They suggested I update the system which I can't right. I am in Mackay, ID population 751 until after Labor Day.
