TV and VCR dead

I have a 2005 Itasca Suncruiser Workhorse chassis. My front TV VCR and rear TV all went dead at the same time. I have checked the elect outlets and are OK. When this happened I had a remote in my hand. Don't know if I hit a wrong button.

If you have an inverter, check the breaker on it. Both my tv's are powered through the inverter. We don't turn the inverter on, but if for some reason the inverter breaker goes off, both tv's are dead.

So easy to forget to check the inverter breaker when all the TV'S loose power. It happens to us at least once a year.
  • you have 'measured' the voltage at the outlets with a digital meter ,and it is 120vac?
    and nothing comes on.
    maybe the remote is dead
did you try the 'manual' switches on the TV's?

if there is power and manual mode does not work, then you may have had a surge and every thing is fried

but i would plug something else into the outlets for a test, power drill, vacuum cleaner, etc..

forget the vacuum TOO much load

    try a small fan

  • Power at the outlets and both dead? Hmm.. hard to imagine a remote key doing that. Power surge lately.. electrical storm?
