I've been dealing with Travis for weeks. My service ran out after 6 weeks. I sent my Jetpack to him for reprogramming Sep 1 and when he returned it I still had no internet access. I sent it back again on Sep 30 and twice he has said it would ship soon and on Oct 26 stated it was shipped. I'm still waiting. He has not replied to my text messages since Oct 26.
On Sep 30 I purchased another Jetpack from DR Wireless and it arrived in 3 days. So far it's working fine.
I would suggest not dealing with Travis and check out DR Wireless. They offer a service to flash your current device via internet for $40. They have both a web site and an eBay store:

I have no experience with their after-purchase support, but I doubt that it can be any worse then **deleted**.
