I have had no response from Travis since Oct 26. I filed a dispute with PayPal on Nov 15. He has not responded to PayPal yet. He is supposed to respond by Nov 25. Hopefully if he does not respond I will get a refund.
Thanks for posting this. Your info was very helpful. I also ordered from Travis and did not receive my item. I've just filed a claim with paypal.
