Do you know that for a fact? As untrustworthy as this mobile supplier has been, how do you know that this individual is not using multiple names for non-existent employees? This is the internet?
Multiple forum members have had to have PayPal intervene, as this mobile company's bank would not honor their refunds, should say it all? As the saying goes, if you do the same thing and expect a different result ....?
