I have a JetPack flashed by he-who-we-can't-name and got the message. I have no problem with logging onto the Verizon web site to provide a new $5 PIN. The problem is I know the mobile number associated with my device but I have no clue as to the password. It isn't the PIN documented in the paperwork. I figure using the "Forgot Password" option would be useless as Verizon doesn't know my email address.
I have emailed he-who-we-can't-name-and who-doesn't-answer-emails to see if the have any advice. Lacking a password, the game is over.
