The message occurs when using the 800 number. It says you will have to use myverizon in the future. The issue about myverizon is we as customers of the reseller have no idea what the userid/password associated with the account. The eBay option is something I was unaware of and would love to have any detail (as little as a URL would be a big help).
I hear this message every time I refill and it says I will NO LONGER be able to use myverizon, it has never said, for me, that I will only be able to use myverizon. You must be getting a totally different message from many of the rest of us. Chuck
