I don't think The antenna you have in the MH is SWM, and the Genie requires a SWM. In addition to the SWM power inserter, you'll need a switch like this one to adapt your antenna to the SWM receiver. The switch also requires a different power inserter than the one from your S&B. There's a lot of info on wiring up a SWM8 switch here.
