You cannot have any standard TV splitters on the coax and it sounds like that is your setup
Our current LNB has 4 ports out. I cable directly from the LNB to each TV plus one short cable for antenna alignment. We're not using any of the cables from the KVH. The KVH is obsolete and the cabling is a mess. The easy solution was to cable directly with no splitters. This allows us to watch two different shows at the same time on the two TVs.
It appears that the SWM LNB requires a splitter or a SWM8 switch and a PI. If we go that route, it will wait until we gat back to AZ in October.
