Our two-year contract will be up in November. Ours did not worked well; it would shut down while we were using it. The only way to get it back working was to pull the battery out and if that didn’t work to pull the sim card out and let it set a minute or two and put it back in. We needed to do this several times a day. Verizon was not helpful to solve the problem, just told me to pull the battery out.
But I kept reading how it was working for others, last month I could get an upgrade and the Verizon dealer said that if it didn’t work during the first 3 days I could return it. The new one works great, I just got a bad one and I’m not having any problems with it. I’m glad we have a working one now, but I’m not pleased with their customer service, or lack of.
