Have it on my I-Pad ,went to use it again after months not using it.All Apps are updated on I-Pad. Cant get it to work,no matter what I do,tried reloading it ect. Just get blue App page ,then it tries...

I would try delete and reinstall.
I have it on my iphone, and use it all the time. IMO, best GPS app out there. Love getting the alerts, especially about "police activity ahead".
