How do you explain the exodus of thousands of cable subscribers and satellite clients--throwing away those su**tellite dishes. Granted, cable providers get signals from satellites and beamed to their massive earth-based stations. These earth-based station distribute these signals via super high speed fiber optics down to cell towers and web content providers. These radio signals are then picked up by providers like Amazon, Microsoft and Apple.
Direct TV had consolidated their operation with ATT while Time Warner was bought out by Comcast because of diminished customer base. These are the signs where these su**telites are headed and the condition is grim.
