Why so slow?
I placed an online order Monday morning, 6-26, and here we are Friday morning, 6-30, and the order is still awaiting shipping. I've had good service from CW in the past, what gives?

Amazon, eBay, PPL and other have better prices and faster shipping. I gave up on CW several years after they botched an order. Took forever to get a refund. It appears to me that their e-commerce system really needs updating.
