Why so slow?
I placed an online order Monday morning, 6-26, and here we are Friday morning, 6-30, and the order is still awaiting shipping. I've had good service from CW in the past, what gives?

I'm 'awaiting shipping', too. Gonna have to step it up if you're gonna be competitive, CW. Too many other options out there.
