Wilson Trucker & Sleek

I checked out the sticky on this subject but most of the posts are pretty old. Anyhow, for internet access on our last rig which we sold about three years ago we used a Wilson Trucker antenna connected to a Wilson Sleek with an iPhone in the cradle. We had Verizon. It worked OK.

Now I'm looking for a good setup for this rig. We still use iPhones but have switched to T-Mobile (could switch back though). Anyhow, just wondering if there is a better way of getting our internets while traveling (mostly in western states but want to head up north and east this year too). Thanks.

  • Truck, trailer, both, neither?

If I were buying I'd get something like a repeater instead of a booster. Separate indoor and outdoor antennas. This was multiple devices can share the signal and you don't have to hold on to the cradle and microwave your hands to use the phone.

    Just my 5 cents

Just conducted a poll here yesterday. Verizon wins, hands down. I have a cradle amp but rarely have to use it.
  • Just a heads up if you buy any of the systems on the market that use an outdoor and indoor antenna make sure you able to place the antennas the recommended distance apart to prevent feedback, we have a weboost that we had in out fifth wheel but now with the smaller TC is hard to get the two antennas placed the recommended distance apart so if I were to do it again I would go with a cradle style
