I would suspect that it is something other than the Carryout but weirder things have happened. I would go into the receiver setup menu (menu>6>1>1) and click on the Check Switch button. Don't do anything there other than verify that you still have an SW64 switch type. Hopefully you do.
Go back to the previous screen and be sure the satellite is set to 119 and transponder #11. Now plug in the Carryout and watch that screen to see if the antenna will lock to 119 or if any signal strength appears.
If nothing is happening I would check the end of the coax cable where it connects to the Carryout and verify that you are seeing 13 and 18VDC in the cable itself verifying that the receiver is doing its job. If that's all good then you should remove the dome and do a visual inspection while the dome is in search mode to see if anything looks out of the ordinary.
