You can go up on the roof and remove the dome. If you see a black GPS puck on a raised platform then you have an in-motion antenna (and I am almost certain that you do). You must be a DirecTV customer or you would hear the antenna move when you change channels as well. Based upon that assumption, you could also simply turn the power switch off once you are locked on as all of the TV programming (SD only) comes from the 101 satellite only.
