Ccleaner: Rids the system of junk files, etc
They're all 3 for DIFFERENT things - use these 3 and you should never have a problem
Don't forget to uninstall and "junk the preinstalled offerings first thing"
Oh, and just let (Windows) Windows Defender do its thing
