The covers are more or less standardized, as I understand it. Whether yours is standard with the current standards is, of course, quite another matter. (They're pretty much all plastic these days).
What is wrong with the existing cover? It looked all there and in pretty good shape to me from the picture—though the sealant around the edges looked old and in need of renewal.
Or are you expecting another cover over the vent thingy that's there—which I don't recall ever seeing, though probably someone makes a tarp sock thingy for some reason. It shouldn't be necessary at any rate.
