Timing has to be exactly right. 1/4 throttle and up seems like a serious issue not just the normal slug nature of many RV's.
Timing
Fuel pressure
Open cat
No collapsed /rusted muffler
Temp control/good cooling
Feed back system is functional. Proper timing control.
