Search "Checklists". Read the posts and develop your own for setting up and packing up. Print it and follow it. As a Newbie, I was very careful the first half dozen times I setup and packed up to go step by step and not get distracted. Then I got confident I knew what I was doing and forgot a step. Luckily it didn't bite me or cause any damage but it reminded me that even knowledgeable people can make a mistake. It's one of the reasons Pilots use pre-flight and pre-landing checklists. Write it down, follow it and update as needed.
You'd be shocked how fast you can move when you forget to chock your wheels before disconnecting your trailer on what you thought was a level grade and it starts rolling away slowly. Thank God for firewood and a little quick thinking!
