Is there a website for camping that can search ALL campgrounds by using just the date wanted?

We've found no site that lists all campgrounds - even Allstays does not because we've tried to find certain places on it and were unsuccessful.
There are sites for RV parks, public parks (national, national forests, state parks) and if you Google a particular town you may find a city or county park. Even for full hookup parks, Reserve America will not have all of them because there are many parks that don't even accept reservations.
So just zero in on what type of campground you want and go from there.
