When I empty my black tank, I put about a cup of liquid detergent and a few gallons of water in the tank so it's ready to go.
So yes, flush your tank now. Don't empty it when you go camping, next time, unless it's about 3/4 full.
You don't want stuff drying out and sticking to the tank.
Lantley is correct. Don't get obsessed over the black tank being clean.
