Most RV toilets have a rubber seal between the bowl and the flapper arm that opens when you flush. You don't want to use anything that causes that rubber seal to dry out or deteriorate. (Although it is fairly easy to replace if you need to.) Thetford, who makes most of the RV toilets, just recommends using soap and water or a "mild cleaner." They also make their own brand of cleaner specifically for RV toilets.
