Take your pick:
Sturgi-Stay
Stay-A-While
Camco Propane Brass Port Kit
Do you figure they are all made at the same plant....in China? - Dutch_12078Explorer II

- mlts22ExplorerThere is also the Extend A Stay Deluxe, which allows for one to run the RV from a portable propane cylinder, a BBQ grill from the propane tank, or both at the same time. This is what I'd look into getting.
All and all, I consider this a must have, especially when boondocking. - Ron3rdExplorer III

Looking to get the connections to hook a 20# "grill" tank to my larger mh tank. Is there one I can buy that hooks into the fill fitting of the mh or do I have to get one that tees into the mh regulator between tank?
On my old trailer, I had the one with the TEE, actually called an Extend A Flow. Extend A Stay is a different product to connect another propane tank if your main tank is running low, thus "extending" your "stay". - bukhrnExplorer III

I have an Extend-A-Flow, which is almost identical to an Extend-A-Stay, I use it to run my grill, or you can use it to run the RV off an external, (20lb or any other)tank. Came with a 12' hose to get it a little ways from the RV.
The difference between the Extend-a-flow and the Extend-a-stay is that you can NOT use the Extend-a-Flow to run your RV off a portable tank, , it is designed for trailers that already have portable tanks.
You not only Can, but I have on several occasions, the difference is, the Extend-A-Stay has a specific inlet for the hose from your portable tank, and you can run your grill or other accessories at the same time, With the Extend-A-Flow, once you hook up your portable tank, you can't run anything else off of it.
I had one on my TT, now have a motor home and put the Extend-a-stay on it dang near day 1.

I have the extend a stay hooked between the tank and the regulator supported with a home made bracket, this allows me to hook a 5 gallon tank, and use that for the water heater, stove, cabin heater it is easier to take a small tank to be filled rather than moving the entire rig when staying at a far out of the way camp ground
I have installed a quick connect for the BBQ teed of from the stoves line at the rear of the rig.
navegator - jmccen58ExplorerThanks for the info everybody.... Just curious, should I go with the "High" priced Marshall brass products or are the Camco products as safe and durable?
