I'm gonna be unkind

I had never been in any rv type vehicle when I bought my used Springdale. But before I even "plugged" it in I had read every single manual, instruction book and chart I could get my hands on. If I was unclear I asked for help. But sometimes I get frustrated over inane, thoughtless questions and issues. Comments that a class A might deprive another family of enjoyment because it takes two parking spaces at an attraction. Or why does my COMPRESSOR driven fridge not keep stuff cold "I thought they ran on propane" is more than I can relate to. Read the friggin instruction book on your "new" gadget. The parking space deal is gonna take time to get over.
Thank you for your time.
  • You are right. I try to keep the opinion as to "There is no stupid questions", but some just make your head shake. The one I remember was asking about putting a fifth wheel on a Chevy Avalanche.

Peg, love it! That is a well keep secrete. No my comment had to do with a class A owner trying to get parking at a new attraction up north and the problems he encountered. He even offered to pay for multiple spaces to help with the infirm and grandKs. One of the comments he got was he might deprive another family from parking. REALLY, I MEAN REALLY... (got to get the meds refilled soon)
That park apparently does not allow RVs in it's parking lot. Their park, their rules. There are other options to get into the park, as others posted in the thread that actually deals with that situation. If you drive around in a big class A rig (and I have one as big as they come) you have to realize it cannot go everywhere a car can go. Even if I think it will fit, the property owner has the final say. I don't know the reasoning behind every rule, policy or decision every business has made, but I respect their right to have made them and I will abide by them. If that inconveniences me, so be it. The world does not revolve around me (even though it probably should).

That was MY comment and I'm stickin' to it. ;) Yup, you sure do need to get your meds refilled! :B I hear Prozac is cheap these days! :E
  • Peg, your comment brought up another thought. I am always facinated when I hear of someone getting a speeding ticket on I75, 85, 285, 675, etc. You would think they should be rewarded fof getting things moving!

  • Cuffs, I didn't realize middle GA had that big a parking problem, I thought they were using I-75 for the overflow.
