Depending on the GVWR of the trailer I wouldn't go by that either. My trailer has a 4200 lb CCC. I only use 2k lbs of it. So as you can see using the GVWR is also not useful! I pack a lot. So normal "stuff" loaded in should be between 12-1500 lbs.
