Here's a link to Ford's 2010 towing guide. Depending on gear ratio, 2 X 4 or 4 X 4, short box / long box, and cab configuration, the tow capacity could be anywhere between 9500 and 12,500.
That's a lot of trailer, close to 9500 lbs loaded for camping.
The 5.4 likes gas and it will pull it, but, you won't win any races, and the engine will be screaming (and sucking fuel) up the hills. Did I mention it likes gas.
