Don't know where you've been camping, but the Yogi's and KOA's we've stayed at are quite nice, and you have some idea of what you are getting. If I'm traveling and need a nice night stay I will always look for a KOA. I just spent 6 nights at Gettysburg KOA. Not huge, but very nice, treed, with a pool for the hot days. Yogi's are obviously for families and little ones, and we are empty-nesters so usually steer clear for now until grandkiddies arrive someday in the future :)
Maybe they are not the most upscale we've been too, but most we have been to are decent, well kept up (some are dated) and many are attempting to keep a good standard. Of course, you will learn what you like and don't. My cup of tea certainly may not be yours, but that's OK.
