I have National General through GS. They have changed their name a couple of times. No major claims just glass breakage etc. I like them and have stayed with them since 1986. Never had any problems with glass breakage claims. Sometimes I find I have to ask for a supervisor. Especially if buying a different RV. The common employee that answers the phone just can't seem to get it right. In the end they always make it right. I problem is whenever I change vehicles or RVs they seem to want to charge me a new policy fee. Like I am a new customer. Supervisor always has made it right or reimbursed the extra fee.
