Slide weight & refrigerators? Best Maker for Slide outs?

We're getting ready to go full time and are totally flummoxed by questions about slide outs. We've read that if they're too heavy, there's going to be trouble. So, our questions: 1. Are refrigerators...

I don't like my refers in my slideouts due to both weight and because you don't have a roof vent at the top of the refer - when it's in the slide, the slide has to tuck under in the main roof. This then causes the top vent for the refer to be in the wall. I don't think that works as well as a vent in the roof.
