Slide weight & refrigerators? Best Maker for Slide outs?

We're getting ready to go full time and are totally flummoxed by questions about slide outs. We've read that if they're too heavy, there's going to be trouble. So, our questions: 1. Are refrigerators...

I'd stay far away from the Schwintek slide system if you're getting a fifth wheel due to lack of quality installs. It seems that when this system is installed in motorhomes there is more attention to detail with better operational results.
