Could be http://www.delcity.net/store/Auto-Reset-Circuit-Breakers-!-12-volt/p_198669 one of these. On travel trailers, it is normally mounted on the frame, near where the positive battery cable enters the trailer. I'm pretty sure they have them on 5'ers, also. Don't know about where it might be. Maybe, close to the battery. Maybe, close to slide motor.
Slide motor should be under the slide. Use a volt meter to test for 12 volt power at the motor. Follow the wires, back towards the battery. Look for an inline fuse or circuit breaker.
If you find a breaker, test it for 12 volt power between the two posts. Do this with shore power disconnected. Breakers are readily available at most auto parts stores. They come in various amperage. For a slide out, it's probably 30 amp.
Let us know, when and what the fix is.
